I'm a Certified Holistic Health Coach. I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2013. I'm also a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Your overall health & well-being is my primary concern. As someone who struggles with auto-immune, hypothyroid, and IBS, yeast & parasite overgrowth, Epstein Barr virus, and a whole slew of other things, I turned toward the mainstream medical field for answers, only to be told that I was fine. So why didn't I feel fine? My lab test results were within their antiquated, old ranges, so it must all be in my head. For years I struggled to find the answers that I so desperately wanted. I went on a deep search into holistic health and came out the other side with a certification and the knowledge that I needed to not only help myself but to help others as well As a Health Coach, I provide lab testing & analysis. I help identify food sensitivities & gene mutations and help clients with supplementing based on test results. I have a referral network with Functional Medicine doctors, herbalists, chiropractors, and other holistic practitioners when situations are out of my scope of practice or expertise.
